All details obtained from clients i.e. telephone numbers, email address, postal address, facsimile number, credit card and bank account details, are for the express purpose of the operations of Timeout Accessories. These details are never sold, distributed or released to any other parties or bodies. In the instance of dishonoured cheques or unauthorized credit cards these details WILL be forwarded to legal or recovery professionals. We use Go Daddy as our business management system to store all personal information. Any information held by Go Daddy is held secure in a manner designed to protect information from internal and external access by anyone other than specifically authorized staff. We also use Paypal and Square for our payment system so we do not have any access to your account details when payment's are processed for there Privacy Policy please refer to the Paypal or Square website's.
Returns and Refunds
All our products have a 30 Day return policy at the Buyers expense for a full refund. The exception to this is that we do not accept returns on personalised items unless the item itself is faulty, we do not accept change of mind returns on these items at all. Should we make an error with the print EG: wrong spelling that is our fault we will replace the item without issue please just give us a call or email us a picture of the error and it will be rectified.
POSTAGE/ PRODUCT TURN AROUND TIME
Item turn around time with Personalised items can be up to 5 days before it gets to the post generally it is much quicker but please allow this time plus postage time. During our peak Christmas time this may stretch out to up to 10 days as we are usually flat out, we will get your orders out as fast as we possibly can. For all metal products and other none personalized or custom work they are mailed out generally within 3 days of your order. Please allow plenty of time for postage in these covid times as delays are happening all the time. We are happy to arrange with anyone in our local area a pick up or drop off if pre arranged. Tracking will be provided either with parcel post number or registered post number so that you are able to track your item at all times unless picked up or delivered. Icy poles are generally sent without tracking as they are sent in envelopes but if you wish to have it tracked please ask and we can arrange it at an additional expense.
